Too Faced Sweet Peach Palette - blighted or beautiful?

It's been a great month for eyeshadow palettes. An addition for this month is another Too Faced launch, "The Sweet Peach" palette. When you open the box it has a beautiful tarte fruity aroma . Top tip: the fragrance from eyeshadow shades is a good way to tell a real from a fake. Also in terms of packaging - it follows the same tin theme of the chocolate palettes.

This palette includes a combination of 18 matte, shimmery and metallic colours, which are highly pigmented. Unlike it's name, not all the colours are peachy.

There are about four peachy shades and rest of them are browns. Oddly enough there are a few purples and a green. It's a great variety of colours but pairing two colours might be difficult. As an advanced user I will get around pairing these shades. As a beginner I would recommend to go through their look book for inspiration.

Formula:

Like the other Too Faced eyeshadows even this one needs primer for pigmentation. Or as a matter of fact all eyeshadows do require an eyeshadow base to reflect its true pigment.

Verdict:

It's a pretty palette with a variety of colours. But if you find the Natural Love palette by too faced in stores, then i would recommend you to get that. It's got 30 shades and pairing is much easier with so many colours. Read my review on Natural love palette here.

Swatches:

white peach; luscious; just peachy; bless her heart; tempting

charmed, I'm sure; nectar; cobbler; candied peach; bellini

peach pit; delectable; peaches 'n cream; georgia; caramelized

puree; summer yum; talk derby to me

My favourite: Peach pit and delectable.
