Who doesn’t want amazing hair 24/7? And to top it off, bad hair day is a real thing! Ugh.
We seem to wish we had the perfectly styled hair of those stunning women on the runway, don't we? We can all agree that a lot of them go too far sometimes. However, according to haircare professionals, there are a few easy steps that may be taken to attain the dream of having thick, healthy hair.

As long as I preach about hair and skin care, I’ll continue to repeat the phrase "you are what you eat." Proteins and amino acids are used to make your hair.
