New Marc Jacobs Shameless foundation - Review

A few weeks back I received the Shameless foundation by Marc Jacobs. I was definitely over the top when I got this (as a new-ish blogger it's a big thing). I didn't want to write good stuff about this product just because I got it as a #bloggerMail. So I decided to wear it almost everyday for the past two weeks before posting my honest review.

If you are looking for a new foundation or want to change your existing foundation then this is The One! This foundation truly makes me feel like a star all day as its long lasting without much touch up required. It doesn't slide off my face and stays put till I remove it using my makeup remover.

Formula: It's not very thick like the new foundations available. But that doesn't mean that there is no coverage. It covers really well without any weight on the face. You won't feel that there is something sitting on your skin. It is build-able which means it can cover spots too without making it look very heavy. As Marc Beauty says "Don't cake it. Make it Shameless. Medium coverage that lets the world see you, not your foundation".

Packaging: I love the fact that its a squeezy tube. It fits easily in my travel pouch. I feel there is a lot of wastage in pump foundations. But with this Shameless foundation there will be zero wastage as towards its last days I plan to cut it and remove the last drop cause I love this foundation so much.

Selfies: If you like to click pics or selfies for your instagram stories like I do then this foundation is perfect for you. This foundation has invisible SPF 25 which means no flashback and better looking pictures without using any filter. As Marc Beauty says "You're always photo ready with flashback-free spf 25"

Skin Type: It's perfect for all skin type. What I like about this foundation is that it just doesnt work as a foundation but even beautifies the skin with skincare benefits, including phenomenal hydration. It contains snow mushroom, which is known for its impressive ability to hold onto water—it’s like nature’s dupe for hyaluronic acid. The formula also contains blue daisy extract, known to visibly diminish the complexion-dulling effects of pollution. Together, they help your skin look hydrated, plumped, and more youthful.
